August 15 was a great day for Team Rambhai. It was the 60th year of Indian Independence and rambhai.com's second Anniversary too! What a great day... To share this celebrations with you and spread the spirit of contribution we had launched a contest where you contribute and win great prizes! The duration of the contest was Aug 10, 2008 to Aug 24,2008Check out the ultra cool tee's we are giving away.
Notice from Team Rambhai
The first time we held the contest the participation and interest generated was very encouraging. Based on this we plan to have such contests regularly. But we noticed that in some cases the Rambhai values where not adhered to. We are Liberal, Open & believe in sharing stuff or voting on stuff because it is of great interest to self and believe that it could be of interest to others.
But in some cases users voted on links just to gain points or posted meaningless comments :-) Let's not have this in a small community like Rambhai. We urge all to compete but in the right spirit. Lets keep Rambhai.com, a self-moderated community that is interesting for all to visit.
Disclaimer: We will be able to deliver the T-Shirts only within India. So for those outside, you could still participate and maybe send us a Friend's address in India to whom we could mail the T-Shirt. Or maybe you could participate for the fun of participation. :-) We hope you guys will appreciate that at this moment we are unable to handle the logistical problems of delivering across continents.
