Miscellaneous: Shiney denied bail, in judicial custody till July 16
A Mumbai sessions court on Wednesday rejected the bail plea of actor Shiney Ahuja. The actor will remain in judicial custody till July 16. The prosecution opposed the actor's bail saying that medical and forensic reports of the accused as well as the victim had been reported positive. 'Circumstances and evidence point out that it is a case of rape and not consensual sex'. The DNA test report of Ahuja confirmed that he had sexual relations with the victim. Earlier, medical reports had suggested that Ahuja's maid was raped.The actor has been charged under the Indian Penal Code (IPC) Section 376 with rape, along with wrongful restraint and intimidation.

Shahid Kapoor and Omkara famed director Vishal Bhardwaj were down at a famous radio station to promote their upcoming film Kaminey.The interview was going on smoothly till the jockey asked Shahid about how it was working with Priyanka. According to the source, Shahid responded very calmly. He said ,the first half of the film's shooting involved only men and wasn't that much fun but when Priyanka came in, it was a breath of fresh air.''There was chatter and laughter - mood became very light and she made work fun for everybody.' The jockey further enquired of Shahid, it must have been very difficult for Priyanka to satisfy so many men on the sets. Here he went wrong.

News: Shiney Ahuja can tamper with evidence if released.
The prosecution has taken a strong stand against actor Shiney Ahuja's bail plea, saying he can 'tamper with the evidence against him'' if he is released from jail. Ahuja (36) is charged with raping his 20-year-old maid at on June 14. He is currently in judicial custody at the Arthur Road jail.The police said the maid's complaint against Ahuja was not an 'afterthought'' and she had approached the cops immediately after the incident. Their reply to his bail plea said Ahuja might be a talented actor, but it did not mean he could not have committed the crime.

Miss Supermodel doubles up as a surgeon who, in an operation, leaves a timepiece inside stuntman's stomach. With a story straight out of sensational tabloids, you helplessly watch the film ticking towards imminent disaster.
Suddenly the duo tries to woo each other just so that they can dump them later. Through a disjoint screenplay, constant continuity lapses and impassive chemistry between the couple, the film heads nowhere. It also suffers from mood-swings as the supposed comedy changes tracks to emotional outbursts.

Well-known author Chetan Bhagat found his foothold in Bollywood. First his book 'One Night @ The Call Centre' was adapted into the motion picture Hello starring Salman Khan, Sohail Khan, Sharman Joshi etc and then Vidhu Vinod Chopra and Rajkumar Hirani decided to make his '5 Point Someone' into 3 Idiots with Aamir Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Sharman Joshi and Madhavan in lead roles. Now the latest is that Chetan's most recent novel 'The 3 Mistakes Of My Life' will also be adapted into a motion picture and this time the makers are none other than Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani of Excel Entertainment. The film will be directed by Abhishek Kapoor who earlier directed the super-hit Rock On for Excel.
