Privacy laws are very relaxed here in the U.S. compared to other countries. The Great Firewall of China is the truth, when I went there, I couldnt even go on YouTube!

I live in LA and I heard about something like this happening. I feel slightly indifferent about them keeping everything public and stored online. I see the pros and the cons, but Im just going to start using a private proxy to keep myself safe.

I have 3 young boys and I used that site to teach them how to stay safe in every situation, even on the internet. I recommend the site simply because it was entertaining to my boys, yet I was able to get the information to them.

I have a child too and it is so hard to carry all of our baby stuff around when we travel. It is nice to know a service exists that will actually bring the stuff right to your door of the place you are staying, and keep it sanitized!!!

I hate that! I hate finding myself in that predicament. When Im at school sometimes I find I need to e-mail my work home, but I cant because AOL is blocked. So I started using a proxy server. Read this article; it talks all about this awful situation.

Change IP proxies are very useful and necessary these days. Your IP address is the key to many things about your Internet life; browsing history, frequented sites, etc. It also has some real life connections, like your location. Thats right; someone can use your IP address to find out where you live. Be careful, dont let someone follow your signal back to you.

Being in the military would be hard enough without having to deal with the indiscriminate blockings and censoring of foreign countries. Those who are sent overseas have to get used to a bunch of different things, and one of those is not having a free Internet to surf. Im not in the military, but I do travel internationally quite some and can testify to the fact that Internet is much different place out there.

This article was really insightful, explaining why hiding your IP is very important these days. People dont realize that the IP is a portal to more sensitive information, and should be hidden. They also dont realize it is completely public! Anyone could do a quick Google search and find your home address scary stuff!

I hide my IP address using this company and it works really quite well for me. This website explains how their software hides your IP and why you would want to hide it. They even offer you a free trial, so you really have nothing to lose.
