LetsDiscuss: हिन्दी को राष्ट्रभाष ा नहीं घोषित किया गया : हाईकोर्ट
गुजरात उच्च न्यायालय ने कहा है कि हालांकि भारत में अधिकतर लोगों ने हिन्दी को राष्ट्रभाषा के रूप में स्वीकार कर लिया है लेकिन रिकॉर्ड में ऐसे किसी प्रावधान या आदेश का जिक्र नहीं है जिसके अनुसार हिन्दी को देश की राष्ट्रभाषा घोषित किया गया है। मुख्य न्यायाधीश एसजे मुखोपाध्याय और न्यायमूर्ति एएस दवे ने हाल ही में एक जनहित याचिका की सुनवाई के दौरान यह टिप्पणी की। यह याचिका सुरेश कछाडिया ने पिछले साल दायर की थी जिसमें विभिन्न वस्तुओं की कीमतें, घटक, निर्माण तिथि आदि का ब्यौरा हिन्दी में प्रकाशित किया जाना अनिवार्य बनाने के लिए केंद्र तथा राज्य सरकार को निर्देश देने का अनुरोध किया था। अदालत के अनुसार, ‘‘सामान्य रूप से भारत में अधिकतर लोगों ने हिन्दी को राष्ट्रभाषा के रूप में स्वीकार कर लिया है और कई लोग हिन्दी बोलते हैं तथा देवनागरी लिपि में लिखते हैं। लेकिन ऐसा कोई रिकॉर्ड नहीं है जिससे यह स्पष्ट हो कि हिन्दी को देश की राष्ट्रभाषा घोषित करने के लिए कोई प्रावधान या आदेश जारी किए गए हों।’’discuss | | category: LetsDiscuss | Content type: Text/Pictures | Add this link to... | tell a friend | bakwaas
Cricket: Pakistan lashes out at IPL after snub
Pakistani cricketers, who were ignored by the Indian Premier League franchises in Tuesday's auction, have reacted angrily to the snub with Twenty20 captain Shahid Afridi saying that the IPL's attitude was disappointing. Afridi, who was supposed to be the main attraction for franchises at the IPL auction in Mumbai, said from Brisbane he was disappointed and upset with the way things panned out.
