Tech: Motorola reveals touchscreen slider with new UI

It’s been quite a while since we heard anything from Motorola’s camp; in fact it’s been too long. However, here’s something for the Motorola fans out there, the company has just announced a new ROKR handset that’s being called the ZN50. From the images making the rounds I have to admit it’s quite a snazzy looking touchscreen slider.

Tech: Gamer steals from virtual world to pay real debts

Facing real world debts, a trusted figure in a popular online game stole money from the virtual bank he ran and exchanged it for cash through the black market. It happened in EVE Online, where more than 300,000 subscribers pay $15 a month to play. They gain wealth through hard work, manipulating the market, or killing rivals in a distant future where humans have colonized the stars in an online game similar to World of Warcraft and Second Life.

Tech: MTNL expands 3G footprint in delhi, goes pre-paid

Tech: Websites retain photos deleted by users

Social networking and photo-sharing websites retain photographs deleted by users, reveals research by Cambridge University. Tech: iPhone 3rd gen expected july 17th 2009

Word of the new iPhone Third Generation, has been floating around for a long time now and we had mentioned that a possible due date could be July of this year i.e. two months from now. Reports are coming in now that a date has apparently been set (not yet confirmed though) that the next gen iPhone will make its debut on 17th July.
