News: Kapil Sibal advocates FDI in Education, wants to scrap Class X Board Exam

In a significant development, Union Human Resource Development (HRD) Minister Kapil Sibal has strongly advocated Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in the Education sector. apil Sibal also wanted the Class X Board Examinations to be scrapped and said that all states will be consulted in this regard.
