The Decision in the reservation case for the SC, ST and OBC : The amendments prescribe 27 per cent reservation for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes in Central educational institutions.27 percent reservation comes up to more than quarter of the total seats available.The decision taken by HRD Minister Arjun Singh evoked nationwide fury and helplessness. Knowledge must be provided equally to everyone.
