I have had opportunity to travel by Jet very recently from Delhi/Bombay to Heathrow, London. And I must say, that the in flight services of Jet is very good. Business: Airtel Call Home Services!
Although the call quality is good overall services sucks and the conditions are made worse by training the customer support executives to shout on the customers (thats what my experience says after talking with three executives with me being the humble one and they were shouting!) I have opted for this service six month back and now as I am moving back to India I want to delete my account however airtel doesn't have any provision for that. Therefore they are charging 12.36% service tax on the interest portion.
