earlier I have come with the same story but at that time UTN is mandatory for ay 2009-10 But now on the reverse Govt has isued a press release vide...

UTN is mandatory for ITR ay 09-10 also so you have to know what is UTN and How you can collect them the whole concept has been explained with flow ...
