so here we have an interesting fact to know. women advancing in these companies. i think this is just the start soon we are going to see a rise in such number of companiesas women today are progressing faster than ever before. in some companies it has become a tendency to keep women at senior positions. i think this can be a double edged sword it means sometimes some people feel free to talk to women especially other women, but in some cases there cant be much friendly relations between women bosses and employees.........
