This link points to a great travelogue of Bharatpur, Rajasthan. I was there last month and its such an exciting pollution free place and you get to see exotic birds at no cost at all. Here are some excerpts. The Keoladev Bird Sanctuary in Bharatpur, Rajasthan, India is around 200 kms south-west of Delhi and has been the breeding ground for exquisite variety of birds from around the globe during the Winter season. The place is easily reachable by rail or road and takes some 4 hours from Delhi. Accommodation is not a problem as the Sanctuary has a lot of hotels in proximity.
