Anyone thinking of jetting off for some sunshine this winter could be in luck regarding price if they select Dubai as a destination. Research released by hotels.com has revealed that room rates in the emirate have fallen by almost 20 per cent since the first half of the year, prompting bargain-hunting Brits to consider the destination.
