Tech: Chandrayaan - What went wrong?

Problems began with Chandrayaan because Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) miscalculated temperature at 100km above Moon’s surface, Chandrayaan’s scheduled orbit. It was built to built to handle a temperature of around 75°C but encountered higher temperature.
