Sports: Problem with Yamaha Bikes

The dealer's Service is not good, never having spare parts. General problems I faced with my dealer. I had really given up on their "dont care " attitude. Few days back I just came across this profile which provides a platform to log any complain regarding your bike. I did and guess what? My dealer actually called me up. My problem solved smoothly.Well it was a good first experiance. So I just thought to share the link. I hope it helps all out there stuck with their bike problems. Cheers....
