Mohun Bagan beat East Bengal 2-1. It’s going to be a “Prawn-day” in the kitchens of all those Mohun Bagan fans. The stadium was tightly packed with a crowd of 70,000 football lovers. The coaches of both the teams could be seen tensed and on the edge of the field throughout the match. It goes absolutely without saying that those 90 minutes between Mohun Bagan and East Bengal were completely “action-packed”. The commentator could be heard many times saying, “it’s football not boxing”...The match saw 5 yellow cards- two for Mohun Bagan and 3 for the East Bengal club. It was for almost 8 times that the field witnessed a stretcher for the injured players.

Mohun Bagan is the greatest football team of India, i think they have the talent and they need to be nurtured properly......if at all India wants any future in international football........
