Sports: Love that surpasses all knowledge

Sports-field is probably not the arena for the best of love affairs. But rarely has in my life, I have seen a love affair so moving as when I first heard about Dick and Rick Hoyt. They both are marathon runners and compete in all major US marathons but finish the races together. As names could suggest, they are father-son. They are not the world beaters but probably exemplify what Coubertin meant ‘It’s not the winning, it’s the taking part’.
