News: Yeddyurappa resigned?

New Delhi : Karnataka Chief Minister B.S. Yeddyurappa Sunday morning formally intimated Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Nitin Gadkari that he will resign from the post later in the day, party sources here said. The chief minister will formally announce his resignation in the afternoon. He is likely to meet Governor H.R. Bhardwaj later in the day.
