PayPal users are furious with this service as it has announced on Tuesday that starting Aug. 1, it will only allow check withdrawals for its users in India.

    There was some issues with RBI guidelines, that is why Paypal doing the stuffs like this, but now they have resolved the issue and the matter is sorted out.
