The Delhi High Court Monday issued an arrest warrant against a Mumbai-based woman who allegedly emotionally blackmailed her online chat partner, an employee of an MNC in Gurgaon.It provides that a Delhi Police official would have the warrant served at her Mumbai address, and she will be released on bail on a personal bond Rs 10,000.
