Union Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee, presented the Union Budget 2009 in the Lok Sabha today. Mr. Mukherjee, who was presenting a full-fledged budget after a gap of 25 years, focused on growth, development, infrastructure and agriculture, while announcing a few sops for the taxpayers.
