New Delhi, May 25 (ANI); Pranab Mukherjee on Monday assumed his charge as the new Finance Minister. Mukherjee was welcomed by the Finance Secretary, Revenue Secretary, Expenditure Secretary, Disinvestment Secretary, CEA, Chairman, CBDT and Chairman, CBEC.
