Pakistan Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani has said that action against Jamaat-ud-Dawa Chief Hafiz Mohammad Saeed, the alleged mastermind of the November 2008 Mumbai terror attacks, would only be taken based on evidence gathered against him.
