Orissa Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik allocated the portfolios to his 20 newly-appointed Ministers. While Mr. Patnaik retained key portfolios like Home, General Administration, Water Resources, Forest & Environment and Works, Prafulla Ghadei was given the charge of Finance and Excise.
