"Never, never," 76-year-old Khan, who is under house arrest in Islamabad since 2004 after confessing to proliferating atomic secrets, said when asked about a possibility of nuclear war between the two countries, during an interview with a private Indian channel.
"It's all western propaganda to put blame on us and to put blame on India and to project us as irresponsible countries. I never believe that in future there will be any war between the two countries," he said.
Asked about the reason behind the tit-for-tat nuclear test by Islamabad in 1998, Khan, regarded the architect of Pakistan's atomic programme, said, "The purpose was just to have some deterrent value... There are no aggressive designs against India or any other country."

Who needs d war?...rizzy bro thr r many othr ways to b super power. U r jst teling India to folow US,d way US destroyng othr countriz n becoming super power
shaan, sure you gave a good comment.
First shaan you have to understand this thing, india and pakistan need to go to war, india needs to destroy pakistan, and then india needs to build pakistan back up. That is how I think India can be a super power in Asia.
Now let me tell you what is wrong with your comment, you said there are MANY(note I highlghted many) ways to be a super power. Name one shaan. And sure their might be other ways, but history tells me that they don't work. Heck even the U.S tried doing it, i am talking upon imperialism, but no that did not get the U.S to what they are right now.
Alwaz remember tht if u want to make ur line bigger than an anothr line thn no need to erase it, draw a line bigger than ur competitor and the his/her line wil b automaticaly small...
hey I think it is right. these two countries fought just because of the irresponsible and selfish leadership musharraf. the americans always take an advantage of this and increase the rift amongst the two countries often leading to conflicts. but now the leadership is gonna change and this conflicts will never occur.......
these two countries need to go to war, if India wants to be a super power at least in Asia, and it is desperately needed as well... of course if I say this at my house my parents will kill me, but i think this and let me find the link on which i discussed this issue
here denny you may read this long comment of mine

@ Omasti yes rizzy is paki
hey rizzy I think there is a lot of risk involved in your idea. suppose if we go for war with Pakistan and destroy them, we ourselves will face destruction plus the coutries which will interfere to take sides.eg US in favour of Pak and Russia in favour of India, and other small Asian countries gettin affected by the war of these two giants. so after such huge losses I ndia themselves will have to undergo a lot of strenous activities to recover itself, so when it will be able to help Pakistan? and what is the guarantee that india will help Pak and they will become one. in the meantime many years will pass and the americans will become more and more powerful so how will India become a super power??????? so idont think your idea will click... dont mind me sayin that
by the way Denny this is 2008, and the cold war is over sir. And everyone will support this war... by not interrupting. and it ain't gonna do anything to india but develope them into a huge awesome country
I dont think rizzy you understood my point, i said that there is no guarantee that india will help pak and the time taken for rehabilitation will be too long after the war......
