1 lb Monterey Jack cheese 3 Eggs properly beaten 4 oz any green chilly pepper you like 1 can Buttermilk Bisquick-type 3 c Milk 1 tbsp Black olives; chopped or 1 tbsp Minced sun-dried tomatoes. Butter a 1-1/2 quart baking dish and preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
