    I think such neglegient doctors should be fined heavily so that they will think before giving any decision....the doctors should do the all possible check ups before declaring anybody dead.....

      Yep denny...it is MUST to declare someone dead only after proper check-ups and I really do not think that we ppl have to show a doctor what is his/her duty....they just cant play with life yaar....

    but pal yaar nothing happens to these doctors and they get away with all their big mistakes also.... so many times I have heard stories where the doctors have committed sinful mistakes like forgetting a scissor or some thing in a patients body but then what happens with that doctor is never given..... so there might be two possibilities

    1) either there is no follow up from media's side or

    2) no action is taken against them....
