The placing of the Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV) with the Oceansat-2 by the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) at the launch pad at the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota on Tuesday, signalled the countdown for the final launch.
