Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt who turns 50 on July 29 says he won’t party or celebrate until Amar Singh is back on his feet after his surgery in Singapore.The star’s friends and staff say Dutt has been on tenterhooks ever since Amar Singh fell ill.
