  ya tweety i second ur view, such a thing can shake ur confidence in ur company.... ppl who were working for so many years are unemployed in a flash.... i mean how irresponsible can these companies be....
  
  i just pray for the innocent employees who have lost their jobs, may they get new jobs soon and they support their family......
