    Congratulations and Happy holi to all govt employees and for private sector well eat your hearts out when you burn the midnight oil. Little consolation is the tax exemption govt has given. Looks like Congress is going to be back in power :-) Celebrate.

    Government servants are bound to welcome the pay commission bounty. however, as a civilian of 1 Billion populated country, i feel it a heavy burden on the public purse, which should be closely scrutinized before implementation. in this regard, it would be timely to reconsider the policies on 10% cut in jobs, performance assessment, professional values, etc to meet the expectations of the general public.
