I think maximum amt of fuel is wasted due to poor driving habits. I think one way to control this is strict driving rules. proper rules of driving shoul be advertised more and more. one thing can be done is there should be awards given to people who drive by following proper rules. this can be done by observing the vehicle numbers and then informing them abt the same. this wil motivate the people to drive safely. similar can be done in case of bad driving where people can be warned initially and then charged or punished or fined..... I know it sounds too theoritical bt guys just imagine if such a thing clicks then so much of fuel will be saved...........
