News: Aarushi Talwar Killing was Pre-Planned says CBI

The twin killing, including that of Aarushi, was pre-planned and not done on the spur of the moment, says CBI. Highly placed sources in CBI said that the 'murderers', which can be two in number, had planned these murders well in advance and studied all cover-up operations meticulously.
