News: AIGL likely to field Darjeeling candidate in LS polls

The All India Gorkha League (AIGL) or Akhil Bharatiya Gorkha League (ABGL) president, Mr Madan Tamang today hinted that his party might put up a candidate for the Darjeeling constituency in the upcoming Parliamentary elections. “We would not enter a poll alliance with any of the national parties. We would either contest or remain neutral depending upon the unfolding of the now-embryonic poll scenario,” he said.
