Slum Dog Millionaire is raking millions of dollars world wide and is supposed to make Indians proud having got so many awards.
What is shocking is that this movie is in the top 34 movies of all time in IMDB! This is definitely one of the most inconsistent movies that I have ever seen.
The only reason why this movie is a hit is because it exaggerates incredible things. This is definitely a very unrealistic movie. I don't agree with you.Hasn't Slumdog millionaire shown the reality of the slums.You want a Bollywood masala of boy and girl running around the tree to get an Oscar??
My $0.02, Slumdog has shown some of the bare naked realities of life in slums of India. I dont know it deserves an oscar or not but it sure deserves my appreciation for shaking up the sleeping rich as to what its like for a guy in a slum.
i have repeatedly told that this was a very good movie and it should get Oscars....
i liked the simplicity of the film but Rahman has done much better than this.....
AR Rahman is the god of music....he has given his best performance of his life in this movie..... i strongly feel that he should get the Oscars.....
