In response to Sivaji's phenomenal success worldwide, AVM productions have decided to dub the movie in Hindi! Director Shankar and music composer A.R.Rahman have agreed to this. The tamil version of Sivaji has racked up to Rs 1.5 crore so far from North India. This is at least 8-10 times of what a regular Tamil movie makes in a North Indian market. It is running successfully at 5 screens in Delhi, 8 in Mumbai and 3 in Kolkata.
