Farah Khan 's Om Shanti Om that stars Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan in the lead has become a much sought after film. Baba Films, production and distribution company, has offered a record Rs 11 crore for the rights to the Mumbai Circuit, easily surpassing the highest amount ever paid for the territory of Rs 8.5 crore for Jaaneman .
