Khatta Meetha has Akshay Kumar starring opposite Trisha.The story of the film is about the road mafia and corruption in the construction business in India, specially about government contractors.It was her first Hindi film. It was at this critical juncture when Akshay came to her rescue.The film have six songs and the music is given by Pritam.
