Invalid number plate and he is on the wrong side of the road. What do we call this ? Who is gonna charge these guys ?

    Its INDIA...You do whatever u want !!! no fare...no act....only free atmosphere.....don't insult AP POLICE...they act as per there so called RULE...INDIAN JANTA will suffer...who cares !!!!
