The South Pacific nation of Niue could become the first country in the world to eliminate smoking by paying its smokers to quit the habit, its premier said on Monday.

    Thats a great move hope the indian govt too does something like this ;) Pay me 100 Rs per day for not smoking.

    By all means they should :D Then the government would like to have only dead people - ha ha. Just kidding, i dont think indian govt could do anything like that, there are too many people in india anyways.
