Former U.S. President Bill Clinton underwent a sudden heart bypass surgery after complaining of chest pains but was in good spirits afterwards, "said his adviser.Clinton, 63, was taken to hospital in New York Thursday "after feeling discomfort in his chest," said Douglas Band in a statement sent to AFP.
