Miscellaneous: Australian PM issues apology to migrant victims

Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd uttered this word of apology in front of the whole world. This was done in response to the incident that happened almost 70 years back and lead to the shipping of almost 10,000 British children to various parts of Canada and Oz.

    This is for the first time that I saw a Prime Minister apologizing for an incident which happened in 1940's. It is showing the big heart of the PM.
