The American Idol : Episode 40 brought huge disappointment and sadness for the one contestant, who had to leave the podium for the remaining two to fight for the title on the finale of American Idol 2010 to be held on May 26th. When the show began to roll on last night, there were three contestants – Casey James, Crystal Bowersox and Lee DeWyze. It was announced on the show that 47 million votes had been cast to help decide about the fortune of the contestants. The videos of the three contestants’ visits to their respective home places were also shown. The craziness of the fans for their idols was vivid in the visuals.
