Masti: Soha's Gun license cancelled the DM

Last week, the Gurgaon District Magistrate, Rakesh Gupta, cancelled the license. He explained that Soha had not attained the mandatory age of 21 years when she had applied for the license in November 1996 – she was only 18 years old then. Under the Arms Act, a person has to be above 21 years to get a weapon license.
