Quite sometime ago, TOI organized a survey and was shocked to found that a average south delhi kid spents atleast Rs10,000 per night on late night parties. Where do the money they spend, they get it from?

    where they spent money is seen ..from where do they get money?..well from our pockets...we pay tax which in turn goes in form of salary to dads of such kids + corruption + misuse of public money...
