Cyril Radcliffe, the Surveyor General of colonial India was delegated with task of dividing India into two nations India and Pakistan. He was preferred as he knew nothing about India, so presumably he could not be partisan. The result is his pen drew line for partition even on river bed. One such river is 'Ichamoti'. Taki is Indian town on the bank of it. I had trip there recently, here it is how did I feel...............
