emotional attachment is necessary for any brand to be successful and that is what airtel does.....
airtel provides one of the worst services but it attacks the emotional side of ppl in its ads to attract the customers....

Denny in my personal experience Airtel has probably the best customer care. They have a good service - they aren't bad about publicity either. But they definitely like making deep tunnels into your wallet.

hey garfy u might be the lucky customer of airtel to not receive their messages four times a day and attend their calls at least thrice a day....
but its network sucks..... and thats for sure....
