I am submitting my views on the Mumbai terror attacks..why India is lagging behind in fighting terrorism.

    It looks like the mumbai police didn't have the expertise and the infrastructure to handle eight to ten gun yielding terrorists.The police force in Mumbai needs a revamp.

    i think the funds should be raised for the police dept and the ATS dept.....proper training, a good information network, and high quality and expensive equipments.....

    yeah i agree with you both we are in dire need of new equipments and infrastructure. We also need to increase the pay of the defence forces as many capable ppl don't join or either leave the force after some time.
