Saina Nehwal women national badminton champion is hope of medal in her event in Olymic as she continued her fine form. She beat Ukrainian Larysa Gryga in straight games to advance to the women's singles pre-quarterfinals of the badminton competition at the Olympic Games in Beijing.

Most probably she will have her pre quater final match between world number three Hong Kong's Chen Wang
