The all too familiar scene that has become synonymous with India's Parliament was enacted once again for the nth time on February 19, 2008. A number of MPs rushed to the well of the Lok Sabha with aggressive intent, shouted like there was no tomorrow and made sure that no business of the House could be conducted.

    this is really hell...

    i mean Somnath Chatterje had said the correct thing that the MPs don't deserve anything....

    all of them should be screwed for such immature behavior every now and then....

    but i just wanna tell one thing that some strict rules need to be implemented which will force the members to attend the proceedings quietly and then raise their doubt and query in a decent manner, the one who shouts or jumps should be kicked out of the proceedings then and there and if such behavior continues then their ticket should be taken away......
