Jammu and Kashmir CM Omar Abdullah met state governor and submitted his resignation on Tuesday following the opposition PDP's allegation that he was involved in the sex scandal.Meanwhile the CBI today said the name of Omar Abdullah never figured in the 2006 sex scandal case in which two ministers of the then PDP regime were arrested.
